We aim to dispatch all orders promptly during our business operating days.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Every order is carefully prepared and packaged to help ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive confirmation so you know it's on its way.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Where a tracked delivery service has been selected, we'll use the tracking information to help investigate the progress of your parcel. For standard delivery services, we'll work with the postal provider where appropriate and do everything we can to help resolve the issue.
