Orders & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Delivery times depend on the shipping option selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout and in our Delivery Information page.


Do you offer tracked delivery?

Yes. Tracked delivery is available on selected orders and shipping options. Available services are displayed during checkout.


Can I change my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, although we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.


Do you deliver throughout the UK?

Yes, we deliver across the UK. If international delivery becomes available, this will be shown during checkout.


Products

Are your fragrances inspired by designer perfumes?

Many of our collections are inspired by well-known fragrance styles. They are independently produced by Serene Scents and are not manufactured, endorsed or affiliated with the original designer brands.


Are your perfume oils alcohol free?

Yes. Our perfume oils are alcohol free and are designed to be applied directly to the skin using a rollerball or applicator.


What's the difference between Perfume Oils and Eau de Parfum?

Perfume Oils contain no alcohol and are applied directly to the skin.

Eau de Parfum sprays contain alcohol and are designed to provide a traditional spray fragrance experience.

Both offer their own unique wearing experience.


How long do your fragrances last?

Longevity varies depending on the fragrance, concentration, skin chemistry and environmental conditions.

Many customers enjoy several hours of wear, with perfume oils often providing excellent longevity due to their concentrated nature.


Are your products suitable as gifts?

Absolutely. Our fragrance collections make thoughtful gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations and everyday occasions.


Returns

Can I return my order?

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the damage so we can resolve the issue quickly.
