If there's a problem with your order, we're here to help. Our aim is to make the returns process as straightforward and hassle-free as possible while ensuring every customer receives the service they expect.
Changed Your Mind?
If you've changed your mind about your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are:
- Unused and unopened
- In their original condition
- Returned with any original packaging where applicable
Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide the correct return instructions.
Please note that return postage costs for unwanted items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or supplied in error.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask for:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photographs of the product or packaging where appropriate
Once we've reviewed the information, we'll work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund or other suitable solution.
Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take several working days for your payment provider or bank to make the funds available in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used or altered unless they are faulty.
This includes:
- Opened perfume oils
- Opened Eau de Parfum sprays
- Opened home fragrance products
- Products returned in an unsaleable condition
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
